Transparent pricing

In order to establish a relationship of trust, Maître Vanessa Alvarez's fees are set in full transparency and in accordance with the ethical rules of the legal profession.

According to the provisions of the law of December 31, 1991 nᵒ 1130 and the decrees of November 27, 1991 nᵒ 11971 and July 12, 2005 nᵒ 790, attorney's fees are freely set.

During the first appointment, and after a preliminary study of the file, she will be able to propose several billing options.

The firm's fees are determined in advance and in a transparent manner with the customer before any intervention. The firm's assignments and invoicing are governed by a fee agreement or engagement letter. Fees may be fixed according to the time spent, or fixed and definitive. In addition, the lawyer may agree with his client to set additional fees based on results.

The fixing of additional fees for results must be expressly stipulated in a prior agreement between the lawyer and his client. The first appointment is billed at €100 inc.

When the client benefits from legal protection through an insurance contract, the firm's fees may be fully or partially covered by the client's insurance company.

Indemnification and reimbursement of fees

The French Code of Civil Procedure (article 700) and the French Code of Administrative Justice (article L.761-1) allow a court to order the unsuccessful party to reimburse the client in full or in part for fees and expenses incurred in legal proceedings.
